This cold-pressed, slightly-textured 140 lb. watercolor paper from Winsor & Newton is crafted in Italy with a mixture of 25% cotton and cellulose. The fibers are internally and externally sized for optimal absorbency and extreme strength. It reflects light well while retaining a transparency of watercolors and its medium grain makes it suitable for all styles of watercolor painting. It's acid-free, archival and free of optical brighteners offering a natural whiteness of archival quality that does not yellow over time.
