Chemica FirstMark heat transfer vinyl or t-shirt vinyl that can be applied to cotton, polyester, cotton/polyester blends, and acrylic fabrics It's thicker feel is ideal for heavy duty work wear as well as athletic apparel. Chemica FirstMark is extremely resistant and yet provides excellent flexibility making it easy to cut small letters and intricate detail. Product description Semi matt vinyl material for heat transfer applications. T e c h n i c a li n f o r m a t i o n Thickness: 105 microns (USA: .4 1mils) for black and white and 125 microns (USA: 4.9mils) for other colors. Carrier: Self-adhesive and clear polyester. Norm: Oeko-Tex label standard 100 Class I. (Except for ref. 134 - 184 - 115 - 186 - 118 - 189) A p p l i c a t i o na d v i c e 1) Cut the material ni reverse with regular flex blade 2) Weed the excess material. 3) Heat press the transfer on the garment with its polyester carrier protected by a silicone paper at 150°C (USA: 300°F) - 10-15 seconds - medium pressure. 4) Peel the carrier off when cold. Maintenance Always respect the instructions mentioned on garments. After heat pressing, wait 24 hours before the first wash. Washing: 90°C (USA: 190°F) max. inside out - without bleach or any aggressive washing products. Tumble-drying: yes Drycleaning: no Ironing: backside Storage of the roll: vertically, one year in a dry room, 15-30°C (USA: 60-85°F), protected from sunlight.
