Pastel Premier is a sanded pastel paper that is double primed to produce an ideal surface for pastel drawing. A final seal coat makes the paper extremely durable and able to withstand any measure of scrubbing and re-working. This medium fine paper has a gritty surface that accepts as many as 25 layers of pastel.
