The Lancia Delta HF Integrale EVO (Evolution) was a development of the earlier Lancia Delta models, which had achieved numerous successes in the World Rally Championship (WRC). The EVO was introduced to showcase new modifications for rallying, where the Delta Integrale dominated in the 1980s and early 1990s. The 1991 model was powered by a turbocharged 2.0 16V engine, which produced around 210 horsepower. This was a significant improvement over the earlier versions. The car had four-wheel drive (AWD) which provided excellent traction and stability, especially on difficult rally surfaces.
