The object of the game: Get the most points to win Yard of the Month! EARN POINTS BY IMPROVING YOUR YARD! Improvement Cards (blue) add points to your yard and make it look good for the HOA! GET A LEG UP BY SABOTAGING YOUR NEIGHBORS! Impairment Cards (red) subtract points from yards and should be played on OTHER neighbors! Petty Scheme Cards (yellow) are single use cards that cause neighbors to discard cards, let another neighbor look at their hand, or even destroy all cards on a single plot! These are FUUUUN. Garage Cards (purple) are multipliers for various cards in your yard, as well as forms of protection against petty schemes and sabotages! BROWN NOSE THE HOA and play to their likes and dislikes to earn extra points! HOA Board Member Cards affect all neighbors’ final score. Play the game with their likes and dislikes in mind for extra points. This can be the difference between winning or losing! The neighbor with the most points (and best yard) wins! Easy to Learn, Quick to Play! It takes about 5 minutes to learn the rules, and gameplay lasts 20-45 minutes. Loads of Replayability.
